* IMPORTANT NOTE: By law, Los Altos Card and Party must include a weight with mylar balloons, and they must leave the store individually. Customers may tie the mylar balloons into their latex balloon bouquets, but we cannot under the law. Also by law, for customers who bring in a mylar balloon to be filled, they must state that they will weight the mylar balloon down properly.

* IMPORTANT NOTE : Customers who want weights with their balloons will be charged for them. It is not recommended to tie the weights onto large bouquets of latex until the destination is reached due to balloon tangling. Mylar ribbon is illegal on balloons--we do not offer it for use on balloons, but customers can bring it in for us to use, or purchase it from our store.
